Hot Meals
Most people would agree that a hot meal is usually better than a sack lunch. As we took sack lunches to the street, we arrived at the same conclusion. About that time, we began discussing the idea with our of our Ministry partners, Mike Vickers from About My Daddy's Business. They had previously served hot meals on the street and were anxious to begin again. After some collaboration and experimentation, we came up with some great recipes for hot meals for the street and the methods to get the food to the street while it was still hot.
Hot meals are definitely better and in some ways easier to deal with than sack lunches. If you are considering feeding hungry people on the street, we would be happy to provide you with the recipes and give you our insights into how it works. If you are in the Atlanta area, we would be happy to supply you with some of the food you will need for feeding through Divine Resourcing.
